欢迎使用"控糖助手"（以下简称"本应用"）。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您同意受以下条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请勿使用本应用。
1. 非医疗设备声明
重要提示：本应用不是医疗设备，不提供医疗诊断、治疗或建议。本应用记录的所有数据仅供个人参考，不能替代专业医疗建议。在做出任何健康相关决定之前，请务必咨询您的医生或其他合格的医疗保健专业人员。
2. 服务说明
本应用为血糖管理辅助工具，提供以下功能：
- 记录血糖值、药物和饮食信息
- 查看血糖趋势和统计数据
- 设置测量提醒
- 与 Apple HealthKit 同步血糖数据
- 通过 iCloud 在多设备间同步数据（付费功能）
- 导出 PDF/CSV 报告（付费功能）
3. 订阅服务
3.1 免费版本
免费版本包含基础功能，但有以下限制：
- 每日最多记录 5 条血糖数据
- 仅可查看最近 7 天的历史记录
3.2 付费订阅
本应用提供以下订阅方案：
- 月度订阅：按月自动续订
- 季度订阅：按季度自动续订
- 年度订阅：按年自动续订
- 终身买断：一次性购买，永久使用
3.3 自动续订
- 订阅付款将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
- 订阅将自动续订，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。
- 续订费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从您的账户中扣除。
- 您可以在购买后随时通过 Apple ID 账户设置管理和取消订阅。
3.4 退款
所有购买均通过 Apple App Store 处理。退款请求请联系 Apple 支持或通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 提交。
4. 用户责任
- 您有责任确保输入数据的准确性。
- 您应当定期备份重要的健康数据。
- 您不得将本应用用于任何非法目的。
- 您不得尝试对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或反汇编。
5. 知识产权
本应用及其所有内容（包括但不限于设计、图标、代码和文案）的知识产权归开发者所有。您获得的是有限的、非独占的、不可转让的使用许可。
6. 免责声明
- 本应用按"现状"提供，不作任何形式的明示或暗示保证。
- 我们不保证应用将不间断运行或不含错误。
- 对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何直接、间接、附带或后果性损害，我们不承担责任。
- 对于因数据丢失、同步延迟或设备故障造成的损失，我们不承担责任。
7. 服务变更
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用服务的权利，恕不另行通知。我们将尽力提前通知重大变更。

Welcome to Glucose Control Assistant (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Not a Medical Device
Important: This App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. All data recorded by the App is for personal reference only and cannot replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.
2. Service Description
The App is a blood glucose management assistant that provides:
- Recording blood glucose values, medications, and meal information
- Viewing glucose trends and statistics
- Setting measurement reminders
- Syncing glucose data with Apple HealthKit
- Multi-device data sync via iCloud (premium feature)
- Exporting PDF/CSV reports (premium feature)
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Free Version
The free version includes basic features with the following limitations:
- Up to 5 glucose records per day
- View only the last 7 days of history
3.2 Premium Subscriptions
The App offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly: Auto-renews every month
- Quarterly: Auto-renews every 3 months
- Yearly: Auto-renews every year
- Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent access
3.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscription payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
3.4 Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You should regularly back up important health data.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to design, icons, code, and copy) belong to the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
6. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
- We shall not be liable for any loss caused by data loss, sync delays, or device failures.
7. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App's services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
