Cyberpunk Glow Privacy Policy

Cyberpunk Glow is a local-first neon visual tool. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
Data Stored on Your Device
The app may store your local works, presets, colors, pixel documents, marquee text or handwriting paths, audio visual presets, mosaic layouts, app settings, and a local purchase entitlement cache on your device.
Developer Servers
The current version does not upload your works, presets, audio, device layout, or app settings to developer-operated servers.
Microphone
If you grant microphone permission and start Audio-Reactive mode, the app analyzes ambient volume and frequency energy on your device to generate visuals. Audio is not uploaded to developer servers and is not saved by the app.
Local Network
If you use Mosaic mode, the app uses the local network to discover nearby devices and sync visual commands. Mosaic data is intended to stay on the local network.
Photos
If you choose to save an exported PNG, GIF, or MP4 to Photos, the app requests add-only photo library access. The app does not need access to read your photo library for this feature.
Subscriptions and Payments
Glow Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Cyberpunk Glow does not receive full payment card details, Apple ID passwords, or other payment credentials. The app reads StoreKit transaction status to determine whether Pro features should be available.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not include third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data Deletion
You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. You can also delete saved works inside the app library where supported.
Children
Cyberpunk Glow is a general creative utility and is not directed to children under 13.

保存在设备上的数据
应用可能会在你的设备本地保存作品、预设、颜色、像素文档、跑马灯文字或手写轨迹、声光律动预设、拼屏布局、应用设置，以及本地购买权益缓存。
开发者服务器
当前版本不会把你的作品、预设、音频、设备布局或应用设置上传到开发者自建服务器。
麦克风
如果你授予麦克风权限并启动声光律动模式，应用会在本机分析环境音量和频率能量，用于生成视觉效果。音频不会上传到开发者服务器，也不会被应用保存。
本地网络
如果你使用拼屏模式，应用会使用本地网络发现附近设备并同步视觉指令。拼屏数据设计为仅在本地网络内传输。
照片
当你选择将导出的 PNG、GIF 或 MP4 保存到照片时，应用会请求仅添加照片权限。此功能不需要读取你的照片图库。
订阅与付款
Glow Pro 订阅和购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 和 App Store 处理。赛博霓光不会接收完整银行卡信息、Apple ID 密码或其他付款凭据。应用只读取 StoreKit 交易状态来判断 Pro 功能是否可用。
分析、广告与追踪
当前版本不包含第三方广告 SDK，不包含第三方分析 SDK，也不会跨其他公司拥有的 App 或网站追踪你。
数据删除
你可以通过删除应用来删除设备上的本地应用数据。支持的情况下，也可以在应用作品库中删除已保存作品。
儿童
赛博霓光是一款通用创意工具，并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。
