Deep Work Coach Privacy Policy

Deep Work Coach is a personal focus timer and review app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores focus session records, distraction records, review ratings and notes, presets, categories, reminder settings, app preferences, and a local subscription entitlement cache on your device.
Developer Servers
The current version does not upload your task titles, review notes, distraction notes, or focus history to developer-operated servers.
iCloud
The app is local-first. When iCloud is available, eligible app data may sync through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure under the user's iCloud account. Deep Work Coach does not upload task titles, review notes, distraction notes, or focus history to developer-operated servers.
Widgets and Live Activities
The app may save a small focus status snapshot in the app group container so widgets, Lock Screen widgets, and Live Activities can show current focus state. This may include session title, category, planned duration, elapsed time, remaining time, interruption count, and today's aggregate focus time.
Notifications
If you grant notification permission, the app uses local notifications for session completion reminders and start reminders. You can disable notifications in system settings at any time.
Subscriptions and Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Deep Work Coach does not receive full payment card details, Apple ID passwords, or other payment credentials. The app only reads StoreKit transaction status to determine whether Pro features should be available.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs, does not include third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data Deletion
You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device. If iCloud sync is active, synced app data may also need to be removed from iCloud settings or from your other devices.
Children
Deep Work Coach is intended for general productivity use and is not directed to children under 13.

应用采用本地优先设计。当 iCloud 可用时，符合条件的应用数据可能会通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到用户自己的 iCloud 账户。应用不会把任务标题、复盘笔记、分心备注或专注历史上传到开发者自建服务器。
Widget 与实时活动
应用可能会在 App Group 容器中保存少量专注状态快照，以便 Widget、锁屏组件和实时活动显示当前专注状态。这可能包含 session 标题、分类、计划时长、已用时间、剩余时间、分心次数和今日累计专注时间。
通知
如果你授予通知权限，应用会使用本地通知提醒 session 完成或开始专注。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭通知。
订阅与付款
Pro 订阅由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 和 App Store 处理。深度工作教练不会接收完整银行卡信息、Apple ID 密码或其他付款凭据。应用只读取 StoreKit 交易状态来判断 Pro 功能是否可用。
分析、广告与追踪
当前版本不包含第三方广告 SDK，不包含第三方分析 SDK，也不会跨其他公司拥有的 App 或网站追踪你。
数据删除
你可以通过删除应用来删除此设备上的本地应用数据。如果 iCloud 同步已生效，同步数据可能还需要在 iCloud 设置中或其他设备上移除。
儿童
深度工作教练面向一般效率工具使用，并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。
