Markora Pro subscriptions, renewal, and refunds

What Pro includes
Markora Pro unlocks:
- Scan to Markdown: capture with the camera or import images/PDFs, recognize text on-device, and create editable Markdown;
- Advanced Markdown blocks: Mermaid diagrams and LaTeX formulas;
- HTML and PDF export: export the current document as HTML or PDF.
Basic Markdown editing and local document handling may be available without a subscription. The in-app paywall and current version control the final feature set.
Plans and price
The current subscription group offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans:

Apple displays the price, currency, taxes, and available offers for your storefront at purchase. Use the Apple purchase screen as the source of truth; this page intentionally does not fix an amount.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Apple automatically renews the subscription unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it at Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or use the App’s Manage Subscription action.
After cancellation, access usually continues until the end of the paid period; Apple’s status is authoritative. Deleting or offloading the App does not cancel a subscription.

Restore purchases
On a device using the same Apple Account, choose Restore Purchases in the subscription screen. The App asks Apple for the current entitlement and does not charge you again.
Refunds, billing, and taxes
Apple handles payment, billing, taxes, refunds, and disputes. Use Apple’s report-a-problem page or Apple Support to request a refund. Markora cannot issue a direct refund, change a bill, or access complete payment details.
Family sharing and trials
The current product configuration does not offer Family Sharing. Trials, introductory offers, and promotions are available only if Apple shows them for your storefront.
Support
If access does not appear after purchase, confirm the Apple Account used for the purchase and tap Restore Purchases. For further help, use the Support page. Do not post receipts, order numbers, or payment information publicly.
